Need to return a book? No worries! You've got a full 14 days from your original purchase date. Just make sure the book is unused and in good shape. Send us an email at hello@dittybird.com to start the return process.

Oh, and if the book's faulty or damaged within those 14 days, we'll cover the return postage. Easy peasy!
It's essential to know that when the music stops in our books after a few seconds, it doesn't mean the book is broken. It simply indicates that the batteries might need replacing. Our books use button batteries known for lasting durability and producing quality sound. If you experience music interruptions, it's likely time to replace the batteries.
Batteries (type AG10) are necessary part of our books.
Batteries must be replaced when the music stops completely or in the middle of the songs.
Be aware that most AG10 batteries on the market are weak/expired and do not work properly with our books. We do NOT recommend Maxell batteries.
