Only an adult should replace the batteries. Use a crosshead screwdriver to remove the screw. Only use batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended. Remove exhausted batteries. Install the new batteries with the plus (+) sign facing up. Close the cover and secure it wit the screw tightly.​
