Need to return a book? No worries! You've got a full 14 days from your original purchase date. Just make sure the book is unused and in original shrink wrap packaging. Send us an email at hello@dittybird.com to start the return process.
When you're ready to send it back, ship it to :

Battery Maintenance Guidelines
It's essential to know that when the music stops after a few seconds, it doesn't mean the book is broken. It simply indicates that the batteries need to be replaced. Our books use button batteries known for lasting durability and producing quality sound. If you experience music interruptions, it's likely time to replace the batteries.
Battery Replacement
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Batteries (type AG10) are necessary part of our books.
Batteries must be replaced when the music stops completely or in the middle of the songs.
Be aware that most AG10 batteries on the market are weak/expired and do not work properly with our books, correct voltage is 1.5V. We do NOT recommend Maxell batteries.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO BUY SPARE BATTERIES - THESE BATTERIES HAVE BEEN TESTED AND WORK PERFECTLY WITH OUR MUSICAL BOOKS
